Montessori educators are a special kind of people.
They are constant role models, setting a great example for our students in behavior, communication, and orderliness.
Our teachers are foremost observers, monitoring the behavior and development of each child to interpret their needs.
Our philosophy evolves around encouraging students not to be disheartened by mistakes, but rather to be motivated into correcting them on their own with gentle guidance from teachers.
Our head teachers are Montessori (A.M.S & A.M.I) certified and come from diverse backgrounds. Their certification includes primary 3-6 years, Elementary one 6 – 9 years and Elementary two 9 – 12 years old. Some holds a state certification and have experience working in a public environment as well. Most of them are fluent in more than one language.
All our teachers have minimum of 20 years working experience in a Montessori environment.
All our assistant- teachers hold 40 hours State Training by Florida Child Care regulations and are trained to teach in our environment.
All the staff members have current CPR and First Aid training as per State Regulations, background checks and vaccinated with a Covid-19 vaccine.
Ms. Carmella Dorn
We remember Ms. Carmella Dorn as a dedicated Montessori teacher, pianist and our best friend. She was a dedicated teacher who thought at our school from 2009 to 2015. Her indomitable spirit and zest for life served as a reminder that we should live our lives with gusto and surround us with people we love.
